We have just a few months left in 2025 and you have two big to-dos left for clients. If they have inactive businesses – it is highly recommended it get dissolved so your clients avoid filing costs in the new year. In addition, if your client had changes made to their business, it is important to file their Articles of Amendment before 2026.Â
